Dumbbell rows, mountain climbers  Trouble Spot Training and front squats are that Mike Geary shows on YouTube with pictures for demonstrating how to do them. I do have them on my blog as well. Do yourself a favor, do not sweat your bottom on some cardio machine for hours at end because the results are poor plus you will get bored and drop out. I know many people who jump in and out of the cardio training regime wagon simply for that reason. Mountain climbers, front squats and dumbbell rows alone are far more effective than months of steady pace jog on some treadmill or god knows what.
